Data generation

Entire package for Registration with CIB which includes Bio efficacy (in coordination with State Agri Univ), Residue , Persistence, Toxicity, Chemistry, Packaging, etc.  studies (in coordination with various GLP / Non-GLP CROs).  This is from the beginning to end , like identification of crops and pests suitable for the recommendation of clients' products (formulations), Preparation of protocols , initiation of studies and follow up till completion of draft reports / final reports (this includes personal visits to the fields / CROs for verification and supervision of studies), preparation of dossier / application and submission to CIB.

 

CIB Liaison

After submission of application till getting approval, follow up with CIB Experts during scrutiny of files, managing deficiencies - if any - raised by the experts, preparation of replies in coordination with SAUs / CROs and submission in time (CIB gives normally 60 days to reply). Inclusion in the Agenda of CIB & RC meetings ,getting the approval from RC committee and finally to get the Certificate of Registration. All these are done as per the CIB guidelines incorporating the latest amendments issue frequently. The above will be done for all categories of registrations like 9(3) TIM, 9(3) FIM, 9(3) TIM vs TI, 9(4), etc.,

CIL Liaison

This is very important part of Registration. Handling samples, getting RTT Permit (if overseas), arranging samples for data generation and for CIL. For 9(3) applications , in process sampling is mandatory wherein the CIL will depute a team to visit / inspect the factory for sample drawing as per the application submitted. This includes samples of Technical, impurities , standards (Reference standards are mandatory from approved labs like Sigma), coordination with CIL for sample analysis and get approval as per COA / Chemical composition submitted to CIB in the dossier.

Coordination with ICAR

This is mandatory for approval of dosage ( recommendation ) on a particular crop / pests. After scrutiny of the application  by the Bio- efficacy expert in CIB, it will be forwarded to ADG, ICAR for approval. We have to follow up till we get the approval. Then only it  will go to the Agenda for discussion by the RC.

Coordination with FSSAI

This is mandatory for MRL Fixation for the product/ crop. CIB will not issue certificate with out MRL and we will follow up for this task .

Market Intelligence

In case of any market intelligence is required, like competitors' products / its registration status  / development status , etc., could be collected / compiled . These are mostly confidential for the company, but with our resources, we will try to get the data.

CIB Guidelines

The registration guidelines are regularly amended / revised  and will update this to the customer so that  the latest development are informed to the clients.

CIB Minutes of every RC meeting

This is very important to understand the latest registrations obtained by various Indian Pesticides Industries and we can regularly get the Minutes of the latest CIB & RC Meetings and  prepare the  summary of the same , especially products / approvals of client's interest.
